18/11/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Capital Region of Denmark rating #100, enjoyed whilst watching Denmark play Scotland in the WCQ. Losing 1-0 currently. Vibrant colour. Fruity, berries, hibiscus. Sweet berries. Herbal. Interesting.

440ml can from Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. 5%. Deep bright red colour, short-lived pink foam head and aroma of hibiscus, honey, flowery, berry. Taste is sweet, honey, hibiscus, floral, red fruits, grape, funk hints, along with some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, lingering sweet honey & hibiscus finish. Quite drinkable.

Canned, shared with Hrabren, thx HP! Murky, opaque deep purple body, pinkish head - there for a second. The aroma reveals, yes, indeed, pleasant fermented honey notes, along with pretty clear and clean hibiscus, along with some light light match/sulphury touches. Lean body, clearly a light mead in my opinion, but quite smooth and drinkable. Some hibiscus is there and herbal, match notes, on a light, pleasant honeyish background. This is a well made flavored light mead in my book, some fermentation side-effects are there, but nothing that brings it down that much! Avoids being overly sweet as well, which is another plus in my book.

0.44 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague. Unclear dark ruby to purple, minimal diminishing head. Aroma is fruity, vinous, fermenting fruit, red fruit. Hibiscus. Very funky and intense. Soft, drinkable, mild carbonation. Sweet. Hibiscus tea with honey flavour. Nice red fruit flavour rounding it up. Cherry, red grapes. Soft tart touch. Light sweet finish with red grape skins flavour.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear, deep, bloody red with no head. Spicy, berry like nose with a hint of honey. Medium body, no carbonation, very sweet grape accents but also rustic and unclean. Sweet honey accents. Seems much richer and stronger than the indicated 4%. 091222
