A clear dark orange brown beer with a white lacing. Aroma of dried fruits, dark malt, raisins, wood. Taste of sweet sticky strong malt, ripe fruits, apples, raisins, wood, slightly boozy finish.

Recht süßer, karamellig-holziger Beginn. Zuckrig, wenig Vanille, Dörrobst, das von der zu starken Süße verdeckt wird. Ok. 9/9/8/8/10/8

Bottle, shared by mansquito. Pours dark brown. Sweet, toffee, bourbon, nutty, booze, raisin, caramelized apple. Medium body. Good.

Bottle purchased in Germany: pours mahogany with small head. Aroma is loads of vanilla, dark fruit and wood. Taste is smooth, pastry-like sweetness. Chewy. Very pleasant.

A dark brown beer, a head is quite big and beige. Aroma has dried fruitness, of raisin and prune, some vanilla, hint of bourbon. Taste has raisin, prune, caramel, some barrel and vanilla. Almost full bodied. Slighltly too harsh and straightforward. Pretty nice beer anyway.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest, thx! Brown body, pretty dark, lasting white head. Sweet malty aroma - dates, raisins, light woody notes, figs and some alcohol - a parade of dried fruits edged with light barrel notes. Sweet taste, more on the caramel than dried fruit side, with the wood / barrel being somewhat more up there. Fairly tasty, drinkable for the ABV, props!
