A classic beer style based on a new hybrid yeast strain Saccharomyces pastorianus, created to produce clean lagers with distinctive flavour characteristics, the flavour profile is very clean with mild esters. The enzyme β-glucosidase is present, which promotes the biotransformation of hops and can enhance the aroma and flavour of hops. The hopping itself is based on a mixture of experimental hop varieties in the last stages of selection. A unique, precise blend of new hybrids where the composition includes varieties that are in brewing trials and will enter the registration process.

* Nice unusual hoppy. *
Clear golden. Long lasting white head. Hops, spicy, fruity, apricot. Light sweet, malt, light bitter. Medium body. Light bitter finish.

500ml Can - Golden yellow with a haze and a small head. Grass, herbs, white bread and some hints of honey in the aroma. Floral hops, herbs and some notes of citrus in the taste. Nothing outstanding in terms of individual aspects but it is greater than the sum of its parts and easy to drink.

Draught at Nomad Beer Festival, Praha. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- malty, bready, honey, touch of noble hops. FLAVOR- just slightly sweet, moderately bitter, malty, nice floral, herbal and spicy hops. Medium bodied. Nice lager.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Hazy, muddy pale yellow body, white head. Sweetish flowery aroma. Flowery-hoppy sweetish taste, good creamy notes, yeasty touches, ending a bit too bitter. Solid lager all in all.
