We decided to brew the younger sibling of our Wendigo, Rattlesnake Devil IPA. It is a West Coast IPA style beer, brewed only with Pale Ale malt and hopped with classic hops from the Yakima Valley and the Rattlesnake Lake area, with the addition of Australian Galaxy, brought to us by the Tasmanian Devil TAZ. The beer has a distinct hop aroma and heat.

Tap at IPA festival Liberec. Dark amber body, off-white head. Malty backbone carrying tropical and white grape notes, sweet. Sweetish tropical notes in the taste too, more than west coastish citric/piney, didn't note that much bitterness under the body. Solid nonetheless.

Can from brewer. Unclear amber golden color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus hops, pines, grapefruits, zest. Taste si moderate hoppy with grapefruit, zest, light pines. Medium long hoppy bitter fiish. Good one.

Tap at Salon piva. Med-full body, med-high carbo. High bitterness, med-light sweetness. Only light caramel, but med-light diacetyl and medium bready maltiness. Moderate hops character, citrusy, grassy, a bit lacking in intensity. Not great, not terrible.
