In our new fruited pastry sour series 'Hound Cake' we combined a new crazy pastry stuff - cheesecake.
We wanted to create real cake and pie feeling in this smoothie sour.
Imagine forrest fruits with cheesecake and vanilla icecream taste. Take a sip, enjoy and thank us later.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Purple coloured, minimal off-white head, light raspberry and candy touch in the nose. Fruit yoghurt taste with notes of stated berries and light vanilla. Sweet finish. Thick also. Nope.

Can, thanks Hana! Shared with the crowd. Murky pinkish body, similar head. Vanilla and strong blueberry yoghurt in the aroma. Blueberry yoghurt-driven taste, Dr. Oetker, vanilla, floury texture, sweet and quite sour. Definite cheesecake presence. Huh, interesting, a different smoothie pastry sour.

0.5 l can from Ambasada. Zagreb. Shared at Marko's birthday. Hazy purple, minimal head. Frozen Blueberry yoghurt aroma. Biscuit and blueberry flavour. Texture is chunky for some reason. This is the closest to cake in a glass as you can get. Weirdly resembling a cheesecake. Nice sourness.
