Can shared at Csakajó. Pours a reddish orange pour with white head. Nose is moderately tart and funky with hints of blackberry. Taste is moderate jammy fruits, but it's kinda subdued to the mixed fermentation: there's some funk, lactic and acetic acids. Closes with a tart, slightly fruity and funky finish, it has light body and soft to average carbonation. Decent.

Can, Nusle tasting. Murky orange body, not toi much head. Oily, spicy, matches, mild blackberry at best in the aroma. Lean, salty, dry taste, sour blueberry, some of it, simple but tasty in a way, fresh. Good enough!

Rødorange farge med brusende hvitt skum som forsvinner med en gang. Lukter sure bær,, gjær og sitrus. Syrlig frisk i smak. Smaker sure bær, rabarbra.
