Malty, just a bit flowery aroma and flavor. Hint of orange. Some hops shine through in the aftertaste. Nothing really wrong with this average helles.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden colour, white foam. Medium carbonation. Light sweet malty, very light bitter. Refreshing and easy drinkable.

Bottled, at TEJA tasting. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity, bready nose with some butter. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready, some grass. Low bitterness.

0,5 l bottle. Clear and pale golden, very big white head. Sourish mash on the nose. High carbonated. Low spicy grain at the start, sweetness in the background, very low bitterness. Nothing more, but that´s still the way a of Helles. A better one of its kind.

Bamberg jolly day 3 26/01/2014. Bottle shared on the train. Very pale yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is grainy, light funky notes and nice nobel hop with a lemony edge. Flavour is semi-sweet pils grain, some unfermented wort, Slight lemon in the finish.
