Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky dark red body, pinkish head. Huge, fresh blackcurrant aroma, as Gurthnar said, quite natural. Soft, lean currant taste, berryish in general, lightly lactic, sweet and sour, in very good balance. Another good 'un for these guys, even if it's not with my fav fruit!

Tap at Beer Geek. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Moderate tartness, med-light sourness and sweetness. Lots of blackcurrant character, very very fresh and natural. Funkiness underneath, this is fully fruit-centered. Excellent, even if a bit slow to drink due to all the tartness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy purple. Berries, lacto, pickled vegetables, tart, quite juicy. Good.

Keg at the Wee Vault. Pours like fizzy Vimto, clear purple with a thin white head. Aromas of sour blackcurrant. Taste is more of the same. Sharp sour finish.

Keg at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Deep purple pour with a light pink head. Nose is blackcurrant jam, blackberries, red grapes. Similar action in the taste. Jammy tart finish.

Bottle from the Wee Vault. Appearance - purple to lipstick pink. Creamy pink head. Nose - blackcurrant, blackberry and even a suggestion of blueberry. Taste - intense blackberry and blueberry, with funky/sour edge. Palate - light to medium bodied, intense and fairly persistent finish despite the low-ish ABV. Overall - yeah, great stuff.

Purple beer, pink head. Smell is fruity but a little bready too to even it out. Flavour is strong with blackcurrant, a little hop. It's sweet, juicy, fresh and properly sharp. Very decent.
