Can 0.5l, one year aged. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- fermented, sour, yeast, white grapes, malt, sour apple. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly bitter, apple, white grapes, gooseberry, malt, herbal hops, mirabelles. Medium bodied. Nice surprise.

Tap at Nivy beerfestival. Yellow color with medium yellowish head. This is Pina Colada in my glas. Less sweet than expected. Good.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Clear golden body, little head. Tart lacto and white wine aroma, some apple. Lean, dry, empty taste, lactic acid and vague grainy touches. Not bad.
