--Canned. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Honeyish leafy nose. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Slender fruity malt, floral honey and spicy leafs. Mid bitter finish.

Can. Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is peachy, apricot, some grass, zest and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, nectary, some lemongrassy and mild tobacco leaf tones to it. Smooth and quite nicely balanced. But well, not the most typical Kölsch.

6/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours clear very pale gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, grass, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly creamy, average carbonation. Fair enough kolsch.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a huge, frothy and quick, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, pale malt, sweet malt, minerals - yeast - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231006]
