This lightly sour summer thirst quencher has both the traditional elements of a göse in the form of salt and coriander additions (with plenty of wheat malt in the grain bill of course), as well as a few modernizing touches that include some lemon peel in the Whirlpool and ~5 g/L dry hopping with azacca and nzl32-2.

Tap at the brewery. Finally a good one. Feels clean, thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-light sourness, light saltiness, low sweetness, background bitterness. Med-light citrusy lemony flavour, med-light coriander too. Tasty, easy drinking, very good.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Fruity, some lemon notes, salty, tad spicy. Smooth soft texture. Somewhat thin , short finish.

On tap at Valhalla Viking Metal Craft Beer Bar, Zagreb. Hazy yellow, large white head. Aroma is grainy, wheat, slightly lemony, spicy. Very light and drinkable, thirst quenching, light body, soft texture, mineraly, salty, chalky, soft to moderate sourness, lovely lacto profile, grainy aroma. Just a touch of bitterness, light finish. I immediately wanted another. I would like to see this in core selection: maybe change the dry hop and reduce lemon peal to make it more simple and cheaper to make?

Tap at the brewpub. Murky pale yellow body, white head. Lovely aroma, fruity, spicy, coriander, quite citric, flowery, fresh. Soft taste, coriander and orange boosted by some light hops perhaps, floating up on a soft, lean but almost juicy body. Mild tartness in the finish. Elegant, highly drinkable gose. Props!
