The base was created by us obviously, the honey has been fermented to absolutely dry (it doesn’t contain any potassium sorbate or anything like that) to provide even more space to showcase the hops. VARVAR brought in their Pure Magic neipa’s hop profile that includes Amarillo, Chinook, Mosaic and Citra and the result is a light, refreshing, freshly cut grass taste experience that reaches almost brut ipa heights, while the composition is all around the real taste of quality honey without the sugars.
