The base was created by us obviously, the honey has been fermented to absolutely dry (it doesn’t contain any potassium sorbate or anything like that) to provide even more space to showcase the hops. VARVAR brought in their Pure Magic neipa’s hop profile that includes Amarillo, Chinook, Mosaic and Citra and the result is a light, refreshing, freshly cut grass taste experience that reaches almost brut ipa heights, while the composition is all around the real taste of quality honey without the sugars. From tap at Koht, Tallinn. Pretty citrus-oriented with lightly some honey. More bright citrus, some orange. Medium body. Easy.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is citrus, some mild honey with mild tart wood and some herbal tones. Flavour is mild honey, citrus, some silght alcohol burn as well as mild floral tones. A bit sour/acidic tones to it as well.

Csak fátyolszerű, szinte azonnal elillanó habocska, homályos fakónarancs szín. Illata virágos, fűszeres. Íze az illatát hűen követi, virágos és fűszeres, kissé füves. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nem rossz, frissítő nedű, de nem is nyűgözött le.

Hazy golden. Aroma is light honey with some cucumber and tropic fruit and some lime. Taste is again lime with some easy going honey and more tropic fruit. Rather sour and light sweet. Ok.

Can from Falkon's 10th anniversary, shared with Raven & co. Hazy golden white head, fairly lasting. Honey, creamy aroma, light malt, lightly flowery. Fermented, creamy honey and herbal notes, smooth lean body eeeh. A bit rough and herbal on top of the pillowy softness, weird.
