Rosâtre acajou trouble, col blanc-rosé.
Belle mise en avant des divers lambics - pas certain de savoir l'apport fait par des qtés minimes de lambics de 5 et 6 ans.
Note rappelant le poivre blanc concassé délicat, retrait fleuri avec une touche délicat de mûres / baies sauvages - je retrouve aussi un effet de pamplemousse rose en support avec un fini agrumes en retrait.
Reste très plaisante à boire, sans pour cela en justifier le coût plutôt prohibitif.

750mL bottle at the International Geuze & Kriek festival. Pours murky orange with a white head. Gentle funk on the nose, some musty blackberries. Flavour has pretty solid funk, musty blackberries, gentle acidity. Very nice.

750mL bottle at International Geuze & Kriek Festival 2025, pours a hazy copper orange with a small white head. Aroma has very soft and musty blackberry skins, a touch of funk, subtle earthiness. Flavour has a large funky character that gives way to gently acidic blackberries, leathery notes, and horse blanket. Lots of complexity, with the blackberries subtle enough to give way to the funk. Wonderful.

Small off-white head over reddish sheen in orange-golden beer. Sour (red) fruit, lemon, lime, horseblanket, farmyard, lactic acid. Sour, lactic acid, unripe blackberries; tobacco smoke in the finish. Complex fruitesters. Puckeringly sour, lipsmacking acidity, medium carbonation, bit slick and ultra-dry. Not a mild one - but good! More of this, please!

Pours unclear amberpink, small bubble formation for a head. Scent is very mild, some funk. Notes of twigs. Taste is full, tart, very dry, more herbal than fruity. Very dry finish. Not bad at all.
