Pale yellow colour. Strong hoppy, ale-like aroma. Flavour is sweet at first but quickly fades into total blandness with a sour aftertaste.

30 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a diminished white head. Dry and mild spiced and slight grainy. Mild wheaty and slight acidic and estery. Butterish and acidic finish. Strangely off and dull.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma has yeast and citrus. Flavour is grainy, has some faint malts and citrus. Finishes dry and slighty alcoholic (despite low abv).

Hazy yellow beer with greenish shine, oversaturated; end of bottle solid yeast; bumpy white head. Gassy nose, spicy, grain and citrus. Suggestion of coriander, even when this is not used. Very dry, bitterish taste, grainy and wheaty but not sweet. Finish is sourish (wheat). Very strange, but the bitterness is welcome, if a tad harsh. Light bodied, spritzy, refreshing. Nice witbier, with a very limited wheat, and even less coriander character.

Bottled (BB 02/2008)
Courtesy of bierkoning, ty Edo! Hazy orange color, small white head. Light aroma has banana and coriader. Overriped banana flavor with light notes of coriander. Hoppy touch in the finish. Light palate. Uninspiring witbier, although brewed without big faults.

Bottle, 5%. Spicy coriander aroma. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is slightly sweet with a little coriander to it. OK citrus notes, but also cardboard. Hint of sewer/vomit flavour. Medium carbonation, only the bare minimum for a wit.

(bottle) Cloudy yellow colour with a small diminishing white foam. Papery wheaty aroma, only light fruity (citrus). Flat mouthfeel, light bodied. Slightly sweet malty and very yeasty taste, short and rather dry yeasty finish with hints of coriander in the aftertaste.

Yellowish white with a creamy white head. Rather sweet aroma, with vanilla and honey and lemons. The same in mouth, rather like a creamy lemon pie. A lighter bodeid wit. I guess I liked this one. May 1,2005 at 2nd KBC Festival, Den Bosch, NL.

(Bottle 30 cl) First impression comes from the tall, bubbly almost noisy head! But it’s the a soda-pop style head that bubbles off in no time. But even with the head gone this is a fizzy beer indeed. Unclear, greyish orange and very, very dry. There’s a wee touch of coriander, but nothing more. Fresh and quenching on a summer’s day but desperately lacks character. Organic. 160202 and 031008.

An unclear light yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is not that pleasant - wheaty and corriander. And neither is the flavor, which is sweet wheaty. And on top of that, the body is thin.
