330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, wheaty and caramel malty aroma, yeasty fruity overtones, hints of banana, red berries, a touch of honey. Taste is slightly dry papery, minimally nutty, caramel malty, minimally bready, wheaty malty, slightly grassy hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, a touch of red berries, low residual sweetness. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly rich, rather papery - so-so.

0.33 l bottle from 'Smaakhuis.nl', best before August 2025. Hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity, slightly yeasty aroma of caramel, raisins, strawberry, nuts and overripe banana. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and just a bit yeasty taste of caramel, chocolate, toasted nuts, raisins, strawberry and some overripe banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tartish finish. Medium to full body, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Below average Weizenbock, fairly monotonous and one-dimensional, not unpleasant though.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout, gist en caramel. De smaak is moutig, fruitig met tonen van banaan.
