Amber color, sweet aroma smelling strongly of honey. Flavorful and moderately complex, but to my mind far too sweet for a saison. Spicy and interesting, though.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Loads of spices: ginger and cinnamon. Great. Moderate bitter spicey flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. I like this beer.

Bottle, picked u at Dranken Geers, Gent, Belgium, March 2008 Pours mid amber, plenty of floaters and this beer is very quickly murky. Really surprised this is a saison, tastes quite sweet some caramel, soft molassess, some fruitiness, aroma is spicy and sweet, tastes a little like a weakly carbonated Dr Pepper. This is fine but just not what I expected of a Saison.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and fruity, while the flavor is sweet with notes of dusty hops and fruit, leading to a dry finish.
