Cask @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Dark reddish-brown with a head. Has a good malty aroma for its style, some light roasted. Itโs strength is fairly easy and some might say itโs a tad thin in texture despite a full taste. Has a nuttiness.

28/10/2021. Cask at the 2021 Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear dark bronze brown with a small bubbly frothy off-white head. Aroma of milk is, toffee, roasted malt, nut, fruit. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Last festival beer, and a pretty decent one.

Cask at Norwich Beer Fest: Poured a deep mahogany brown with a tan head. Aroma is rich malt, ashy, smoked. Taste is rich roasted malt, chocolate, light nut, dry finish.
