Draft at the brewpub. Very hazy straw with a white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and light herbs. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Keg at My Bar Headquarters By Dockyard, Gurgaon. Cloudy pale golden, small head. White bread and red apples up front. Mid dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Cidery and grainy. Low bitterness.

(Draught at Dockyard, Gurgaon, 10 Nov 2016) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, wheaty nose with white bread, citrus and wheat-flour dough. Malty, wheaty taste with notes of white bread, banana, cereal, hay, clove and a touch of vanilla. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and decently drinkable hefeweizen. Enjoyable.
