An aroma like wiener melange coffee and chocolate. Rather thin, but with a fine apple and mocha flavor and a limited, but well balanced use of roasted malt. Much better than might be expected from a private label.

Bottle from Duisburg. Reddish black with a cream head. Aroma of roasted malt. Flavour is seeet roast malt, a little smoke, thin malt finish.

Bottle @ tasting with Roelzie1986, TomHendriksen and Inoven. Dark brown to black color with a nice dark red glare coming through, medium to full sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, dark fruits, lightly raisins and a bit earthy. Taste malts, again a bit earthy, a bit metallic, quite some malt bitter. Ok.

50 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Trinkgut Kleve. Clear black with an off-white head. Roasted malt aroma. Moderately bitter with a slight metallic finish. Decent schwarzbier.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie86. Robijnrood bier met matig schuim. Aroma komt niet tot zijn recht. Smaak is licht moutig en houtig. Smaak is meteen weg.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986, geprobeerd met Inoven en Benzai. Het is een donker bruin tot zwart bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft weinig geur. De smaak is moutig en wat houtig.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before April 2018. Clear, very dark red to black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally roasty and a little grassy aroma of caramel, toasted nuts, chocolate and hints of straw. Quite sweet, malty, slightly roasty and a bit grassy taste of caramel, toasted nuts, some chocolate and hints of straw, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, minimally metallic finish. Medium body, a little creamy and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad for that price, quite decent actually.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein sehr dunkelrötliches Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, erdig. Geschmack röstmalzig, sehr leicht schokoladig, Karamell.
