Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have winey yeasty notes. White wine. Delicate funk. Tangy sourness in the finish.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Lightly tart, fruity grape, Brett funk. Taste: Light to moderate sweet and tart, very light bitterness. Subtle Brett funk, some horseblanket, malty, notes of hay, fruity sweet and tart grape and gooseberry, oak wood, tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Nicely balanced. Good.
