Lasting frothy head. Mandarin arom and flavor. Some hops. Rather sweet. The alcohol is hardly noticed because of the fruity sweetness. Maybe a slight burn in the throat. Fairly well made, but absolutely no world class beer.

Tripel for the Zwalmstreek in Eastern Flanders with thick, sticky, off-white head and deep peach blonde colour, cloudy with somewhat brownish hue. Estery aroma of apple, banana, pineapple, coriander, pepper and gin, fruity taste, sweetish, malty and yeasty with warming alcohol in the finish as well as some faintly plastic-like solvents.

Bottle. Gushed a trifle. Pours dark apricot with a sturdy off-white head that did a bit of lacing. Very cooked light stone fruit aroma wth brown sugar. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is cooked light stone fruit, finishing a bit sweet, though it is a little bitter.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orange almost amber color with an off white creamy head. The aroma is fruit almost citrus with sweet malt spice. Taste is a very tangy malt and fruit mix that leaves your mouth dry wanting more.
