Brown color, cloudy, large chunks of yeast. Anis and licorice in the aroma. Sweet, woody flavor with licorice, mint and anis. Somewhat sugary. Tastes good, but looks like shit.

Bottled (backlog). Golden colour with a small slightly off white head, which leaves some lace. Some particles floating around as well. Aroma has some alcohol sweetness, mild fruitiness, wood and some sweet malts as well. Flavour is fruity, alcoholic and sweet malty. Quite sweet, but still nicely refreshing.

Hazy gold beer, frothy white head. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Unusual flavour - light sweet malt you would expect from a tripel but also a very sweet milky streak with a trace of milk chocolate. Tursn creamier and has a dry and milky sweet aftertaste. Unusual and interesting beer.

Bottle, 8.8%. Very fruity aroma, hint of lactic acid. Cloudy amber colour, unstable white head. The flavour is quite sweet. Also quite spicy and yeasty. Has a bit of alcohol flavour in the finish which does well to balance, but it is still on the sweet and yeasty side.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Clear golden with a bubbly, off-white head and some floating impurities. Fruity nose with some alcohol presence. Quite full-bodied with sweet fruits and sugary accents. The bitterness is basically absent in the finish. A decent Tripel although a bit on the sweet side. 290308
