Golden, dry continental beer fermented with European yeasts. With a leafy hoppy character from German Crystal and Brewers Gold, this continental pale is an insane beer and one the St Mars team is very proud of.

Can. Short fill courtesy of Dann and Martha. Thought it was a Barbapapa tbh. Anyfuckinghoo. Mostly clear gold. Sturdy white foam. Clean bready malt. Lemon peel. Touch of orange infused punch. Like spicy and herbal. Light and crisp bitterness. Similar mouthfeel. Foamy carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Lemony spicy throughout.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 01/05/23. Almost clear golden blonde with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is lemon rind, hedgerow, herb, straw, mellow yeast esters, toasted grains. Taste comprises bitter lemon, hay bale, yeast esters, light white peppery spice, herb, toasted grains, earthy, hedgerow, sharp citric zip. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Solid for the style ... crisp and sharp and stays drinkable.

Hazy yellow colour with lasting head. Subtle grainy sweetness. Delicate yeasty notes. Some candied lemon. Like a Saison Dupont but slightly more woody and dry in the finish.
