Amber with an orange hue. Tall, frothy, white head. A hint of citrus. Taste is mildly sweet, trending slightly citric at the end. Finishes the same and full of clove. A solid example of the style.

Im ersten Antrunk kommt für eine Millisekunde eine champagnerartike Note durch. Dann wird das ganze fruchtig, getreidig. Eine deutliche, bittere Note ist erkennbar (noch nicht unangenehm). Ab dem Mittelteil schön weich. Fruchtig, frisch und recht süffig.

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Malty, chalky and flowery aroma and flavor. Reines cloudes and orange. Well carbonated. Just a hint of glue. Decent quality hefe weizen

Flasche 0,5l: Bernstein, helles Braun, kräftige Trübung, kräftiger sehr stabiler feinporiger Schaum; frische + leicht fruchtige Nase, kräftig Malz, Malzzucker, Karamell, Vanille, kräftige Hefearomen, reife Bananen; frischer Körper, angenehme fruchtige Süße, kräftig Bananen, reife Birnen, Malz, etwas Malzzucker, helles Karamell, kräftige Hefearomen, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, leichte Hopfennoten, angenehme trocken-fruchtige Bitterkeit; angenehmer fruchtig-trockener Nachgang mit kräftigen Hefearomen

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown flip-top bottle. Hazy tawny with medium white head. Aroma is nice clove, medium body, medium carbonation, and nice small-bubble lacing. Taste is nice clove and some banana. Nice traditional hefeweizen.

Overripe lemon, coriander, chewing gum nose. Cloudy amber, thick head. Lemon with banana accents, lillies. Honey finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty neat.

Trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, leicht würzig.

Das Bier ist sehr kohlensäurehaltig. Im Antrunk spritzig-frisch hefig wird es im Abgang leicht muffig. Ist schwer zu beschreiben, schmeckt aber sehr interessant. Ist da Rauchmalz drin? hat nämlich ein Bisschen dieses "Rauchschinkenaroma"
--> Sehr interessantes Bier, nicht wie ein typisches Weizen...…

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine yeasty, not too dry. Fruity like pear. Well balanced finish and quite drinkable. A good one!

Pale head. Hazy yellow colour. Mild slightly banane nose. Soft banana and hoppy taste. Not very sweet.
