Ellertaler Weisse, a top-fermented wheat beer, naturally cloudy with fine yeast. A top-fermented wheat beer from Reh. It glows towards you slightly cloudy, with a fine, well-formed foam crown. The high proportion of wheat malt gives it a sweet, fruity note, which makes it very tasty.

50cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of wheat malt, some banana, phenols and clove. Taste of mild sweet wheat malt, banana, clove and phenols.

Blonde and cloudy, thin creamy head. Orange and banana aroma, but not very prominent. Very fruity and somewhat tart. Orange, banana, a bit milky and just a bit yeasty. Decent weizen.

500ml bottle kindly shard by djoeye. A snow white head to a straw-golden body with a wheat haze. Fragile lacing. Mid-sweet wheaty nose, hints of spices. Mixed taste of wheat, coriander and banana sweetness. Followed by a citric hints to a rather sweet ending. Standard German weizen. (Oktoberfest, Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 26.10.2017).

Pours unclear gold with a white head. Yeasty light fruity aroma with a light spice.

On bottle at hutt’n nurnberg. Cloudy orange gold lasting white head. Light esters on the aroma. Quite austere in the mouth. Some peach and lemon on finish. A little light. but there is a good peach apricot undercurrent. good light fruity weizen. I liked it.

Bottle, 5.0% bought at the brewery. Citric banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has some banana, slightly watery mouthfeel.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091122]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry estery and citric wheaty. Citric wheaty flavoured, light fruity note. Dry estery and wheaty finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, and a bit of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and a bit of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours yellow with a slight haze and an off-white head. Banana, yeast and vitamins in the nose. Medium body, lightly citric, banana, cloves, yeast and some phenols. Dry finish. 221109
