Our ode to Thanksgiving. By implementing a sour mash procedure in our kettle an intense lactic and sour character emerges, complemented by the addition of cranberries. The beer is then fermented with our lager yeast. Finishes fruity, citrusy, dry, and quite tart.

On tap at Jack's Abby, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart cranberries upfront with subdued lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of tart cranberries upfront, light lacto and moderate acidity. The cranberries are used well, but in my opinion aren't the best choice of fruit for a Berliner. Decent stuff.

One of the better cranberry sours I've had.

16 oz can. Pours hazy (slight pink hue) gold with fast dying head white head. Nose is cranberry, salt, malted wheat. The flavor has cranberry hints throughout the sip with a yeasty / wheaty backbone. Medium body with a tart finish that has a mild salinity after the swallow. Good but I almost feel like I am leaning any from this style in a general/ overall sense.

Bottle from Sabatini’s. It pours a clear golden color with a creamy white head. The aroma has some nice, rather subtle cranberry notes with wheat and lemon water. Pleasant. The flavor is clean with lots of wheat, subtle cranberry flavor and tartness. Light bodied with good carbonation for the style. Really well done.

Pours pale peach into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Sour cranberry aromas. Soft with sour cranberry upfront turning to marshmallow in the medium length finish.

Bottle from Colonial Spirits. Slightly hazy light golden color with a pink tint to it. Lemony tart with bits of sweet and tart cranberry flavor. Sharp puckering mouthfeel. Refreshing like lemonade, nice beer.
