Pint on tap at The Austral, Adelaide. Pale yellow beer with thin white head. Slight haze. Zero sediment. Medium carbonation. Nose of fruit and malt. Flat mouthfeel, zingy on the swallow. Slightly bitter taste. Finish is superb, dark fruits, caramel, metal, brandy, liquorice. It’s an evolving feast. Excellent!
