I didn’t like the color, it made me suspicious. First taste confirmed these suspicions. Thin, bland, bothersome. Not awful, but not worth it.

Bottle drunk on a train from Dusseldorf. Pale gold colour lasting white head. Aroma has some lemon hop. It’s actually an ok pale lager. Had many worse. I even finished the bottle. Some lemon throughout.

11.06.2015 - pours clear pale yellow with a big frothy white head and some lacing. nose: malts, skunk, bad hops, skunk, dishwashing liquid, skunk, skunk. quite repulsive actually. flavour is marginally better, malts, corn, bread, grass. light body. maybe i should look for a one which is not lightstruck next time, but it will be some time before I risk it again. 1/3/3/3/6=1.6 29.09.2019 - 0.5l bottle from marktkauf, 9.99€/20bt, bb 02.2020. aroma of slightly spicy malts. flavour of grass, some cereals, quite mild overall, but not that bad.

Dorada clara. Abundante espuma blanca. Aroma muy malteado, cereal, tostado. En boca equilibrada, picante, con punto de gas. Agradable sabor malteado, con contrapunto seco y amargo sobre todo al final. Bebible. Buena pilsen.

* Old rating, 0,33l crown-top bottle, best before 09.2003. Mild-würziges Bier. Leicht süßlich-malzig, kaum Herbe feststellbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist mild-süßlich, sehr weich und kaum herb. Nettes Goldbier.

A "German" beer brewed by a Brazilian/Belgian conglomerate. That’s a violation of the Reinheitsgebot if I ever saw one
