The quintessential beer for a tropical climate, our Single in Havana marries a clean and crisp blonde ale with tons of pink guava goodness. Finding the right balance between the fruit and the beer is key to its drinkability and this beer is not only brimming with tropical fruit but astoundingly remains dry and refreshing at the same time.

On tap @ some hotel on the water. Hazy deep orange gold pour. Sharp tropical & floral nose. Taste is more pineapple than guava, somewhat sharp & not overpowering. Light inoffensive beer base, strong forced carb, some subtle bitterness, dusty on the finish. Refreshing. Okay to good.

Draft pour at the Eau Resort and Spa, poolside. Poured a golden colro with a small white head. Aroma was light guava. Mild floral notes, guava seems to intensify and diminish on each sip, at least initially. Flavor had some sweet guava. Really crushable on a pleasant day.

Perfectly clear golden and light peach coloured body with a very thin, off-white head that fades very quickly and only starts off a centimetre tall. Aroma of tons of guava, mangoes, full oranges and a dash of grapefruit along with some very mellow malt and wheat notes and a touch of the yeast and breadiness - but the fruits dominate. Light-bodied; Deep robust mango, melon, guava, orange and lightly pineappley flavours show through with more fruit than anything else and not really a supportive malt note, but some wheat noticeable along with a dry dose of yeast. Aftertaste shows the pungent fruit and dry qualities with a light herbal and grassy finish, but the oranges, grapefruit, guava and especially mango notes show through everything. Overall, a deep and strong beer with way more fruit and dry notes than anything else, but there is some surprising complexity given the low alcohol content and simplistic nature, but nice to sample and recommended, especially if you can find this, since i'm not sure how far away any of their beers would travel. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 19-April-2019 for US$2,84 sampled at home in Washington after subscribing to Disney+ and missing out on a trip to Orlando for Spring Break on 27-March-2020.

On tap at Union Beer Store, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright guava upfront, with a nice Belgian yeast expression. Flavour is dry and fruity, with zesty saison yeast, fruity guava, and biscuity malt. Fruity yet subdued. Not bad.
