Taproom draught, 9/28/22. Lightly cloudy lemon-copper. No head. Spicy peach and some heavy, somewhat punchy lactic acid. Softened by some wheat. Almost some vinegar in there? Soft, juicy, wheaty, decent body/texture for its size. Not too sweet, low salt, fresh peach, lingering lactic character.
