Im Taproom. Gold, klar, dünner Schaum. Aroma: Hopfen, Zitrone. Geschmack: Mittel Bitter, mittlere Süße, Hopfen, pilsig.Etwas Brot.

Taproom draught, 11/28/22. Clear, bright maize. Small, white head with moderate retention. Herbs and cracker, less malt than expected. Maybe a bit of white grape. Served quite cold to start so that's also impeding aroma. Clean. Very malty, soft and dry with sourdough-like malt, ample hop bitterness, mineral and lovely herbaceousness on the finish. Rich honey and moderate hop lingering nicely. Clean, snappy, well-hopped and malted.
