Bottle. Brown color, certainly not black. Sweet, malty flavor with some roasted malt and a roast bitter aftertaste. Apple and orange. Strange plastic like flavors. Not too bad.

Draught at Löwen Poste, Alpirsbach
Clean amber color. Strong aroma of cereals and wet cereals. Soft mouthfeel (there is some residual sweetness and the carbonation is low), with a boring caramel flavor, and a rather ow bitterness level. Unimpressive.

An amber beer with a collapsing brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of berries and caramel. The flavor is sweet again with strong notes of berries, and lesser notes of caramel and malt, leading to a bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark brown with a reddish glow and a rather handsome head. Starts with marked flavours of roasted malt which are balanced by some solid bittering hops in the finish. 220602

Bottle. Tinny malt aroma - rather weak. Dark brown color - clear with good head. Slightly sweet malt with a flowery hops finish. On the weaker side. A nice mix of pils and schwarzbier without being either. Unique and worth a try.

Fresh herbal hop and roasted nutty aroma. Golden brown - not really black, creamy head. Roasted and fruity malt, quite bitter finish. Medium to light body, sparkly mouthfeel.Nutty and very very long bitterhop aftertaste.
