Our Cambrian Series is where ideas come to life as beer, no matter how short-lived.
Brewer Jan says: Thing-Fish has a a shitload (a third of the total) of rye malt. The other malts are pale, flaked barley and flaked wheat. Aged premiant hops in the copper, as well as BE goldings and BE cascade. Dryhopped on day one with aged Maryka. Yeast is EL Spooky and Funk weapon. Tasting notes: bright with a mild acidity and a proper bitter finish, earthy, mint, tangerine, spicy (sage?). You can’t do this in a beer anymore.

75cl Fles, dank Harmen! Mistig gouden kleur, witte kraag. Funky, flink veel Brett, kazig, stal, droog, citrus, fris, bloemig, licht moutig, bitter. Minder gelaagd en meer Brett-forward dan Swordfishtrombones, maar ook erg lekker.
