Gold with a creamy, white head. Like many of the style, the aroma is dankness, dough and fermenting apples. Taste is mildly sweet with a very faint, grainy bitterness. The relatively subdued sweetness and the hint of bitterness at the finish make this one .. not unpleasant. Refreshing, moderately watery, with a hint of crispness. Tolerable. Slightly above average for the style.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before December 2024. A little hazy, golden amber with a large, slightly fluffy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, some straw and a touch of citrus. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly malty and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some citrus and light honey, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Very decent NA lager, well done.
