Our Tripel beer is brewed with 4 different grains (barley, wheat, rye and spelt), is light in alcohol but full in flavour. Perfect as a 'glazen boterham' or while eating your 'boterhammekes'. Santé !

Explosive gushing to towering, ever so slowly retreating irregular head, leaving shards of lace over a bottom of unclear orangey yellow beer. White candi sugar, spices, herbs, malts and yeast features, pointing to unfinished (prematurely halted?) fermentation. Bitter, root spices. Almost metallic bitterness remaining throughout. Again lots of yeast flavours. Medium bodied at best, seems reasonably attenuated all the same. On the edge of overcarbonation (the candi sugar?). A kind of beer I thought extinct, a remainder of the first enthusiastic, experimenting craft beer brewers. Txs to Stef!
