Wat als sinaasappel, passievrucht en guave samenkomen in een sour? Dit op een kettle sour geïnspereerde bier heeft alle kenmerken hiervan. Verwacht een stevig zuurtje met juicy tropische smaken welke ook weer een klein zoetje hieraan geven. Dit alles resulteerd in een zacht mondgevoel.

Bottle at home, courtesy of Marko. Citrus notes on the aroma, orange shows mainly, also a hint of guava, pretty muted all in all, reminds me of candy in a way. Taste is similar, tart, showing orange and passion fruit, some citrus zest, super simple acidity. One dimensional, but not painful.

Clear orange beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: oranges, orange flavoured lemonade, zesty, some grapefruit, a bit funky, lactobacillus? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, lots of oranges, orange peel, a little bitter, refreshing acidity. Aftertaste: nice and fruity, lots of oranges, orange peel, good pleasant acidity, lovely!
