Sjøen 211023. Dark brown color with tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate.Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, fruit, herbs, chocolate, herbs. Nice beer.

Borefts 2023. Very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma and Taste of dark caramelized malt, toffee, raisins, nuts, mild spicy bitterness.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is minty, chocolate, fresh. Taste is the same, sweetish chocolate, dash of umami. Velvety mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Op tap bij Borefts '23. Donkerbruine kleur, beige kraag. Erg dun van smaak, wat gebrand, droog, hint van koffie en tabak, mwah.. Lichte body.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, gentle roast, a bit sweet, caramel malts. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, sweet grains, some corn flakes, a little bitter, hay, very gentle roast. Aftertaste: roasted, caramel, sweet malts, a bit sourish, bitter touch.
