Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Roasted malty aroma with toffee and chocolate. Dry, roasted and slightly chalky flavour.

I have a light interest with oyster / shellfish stouts, they can be so lovely silty, rich, roasty and intense. Glad to see some still getting made! Soft, light, nice amount of roast. Lovely creamy body. Not much oyster though.

Can from Vinmonopolet Bodö Sentrum. Black with a medium tan head. Coffee, dark malt, chocolate and light minerals. A decent one.

Luke 17 i polområdet, en 0,33 boks fra juleverkstedet i Verksgata: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Deilig, mørk maltsmak med nybrent kaffe, muligens litt kakao, noen urter og hint av salt. Slank og ganske tørr.

330ml, #158, can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Rustic-black in the glass, creamy, fawn-coloured head, rings of lacing down the glass. Roasted smell, oats and dark bread. Gentle dark malt-driven taste, coffee-chocolate and oats. Velvety roasted finish. Not sweet at all. Like it. (Tromsø 12.12.2022).

Can. Pitch black body under a fine, big, dense tan head making long lasting curtains down my glass. Aroma has roasted dark malt, dark chocolate and mild coffee. Taste is really, really smooth with soft roasted dark malt, hint of dark chocolate, coffee and feels a bit minerally, probably coursed by the oysters. Balanced body with long lasting pleasant aftertaste. Solid craftmanship, this beer just makes me happy. Hope more beer drinkers are able to still recognize and appreciate real qualities from cheap additives.
