Can. Clear light amber with a 2cm white head. Aroma of grapefruit, dope, grass, some gooseberries, light bread. But the Galaxy comes out in the taste a bit more, softening the citrus and gooseberry flavours with passionfruit and other tropical notes. Light breadcrust does little other than support. Bitter with lingering sunny aromatics. Good with a nicely coordinated blend of hops.
