Pours dark amber with a large pale tan head.Nose shows toasty malt, melanoidin bready notes, caramel and nutty malt.Flavours includes more toasty and bready malt, a caramel-like sweetness. A hint of booze also.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can. Deep brown with a coat of beige head that's soon at the rim. 3- Aroma is more of caramel than breadcrust. Hints of stewed fruit and spices. Quite full bodied. Sweet at first with wine gums and some bread before floral and spiced bitterness at the end. Finish is good, not overly convincing otherwise.
