(Tap) Slightly hazy golden with good white head. Funky and tart aroma. Medium bodied, soft and smooth carbonation. Great complex taste. Overall the flavour is sour in a natural yoghurt and acetic way. There’s wood, cream and earthy notes. Very enjoyable.

360ml glass on tap at brewery. Cloudy amber beer with a thin white head. Lovely sour umami nose. Medium body, slight zing. Lots of creamy fruit, eye-wateringly sour finish! I like it but one is enough.

Can, 5% ABV. Somewhat cloudy orange. A white head fizzes away as it pours. 3- Aroma of old lemon, apricots and their stones, wheaty crackers, the barn. A bit of body, creamy with lowish carbonation. Sour and fruity with lambic-like horse/ barn funk. More twiggy than woody at the end. Refreshing and good.
