Relativ flach in der Nase, auch im Trunk mehr Pale Lager als Pils. Leider nicht besonders.

Bottle. Low on aroma. Malty flavor with hints of butter and glue. Very soft bitter aftertaste. “Weismainer Premium“, 5 %, Schraubverschlußflasche (50 cl) aus einem Getränkemarkt in Gefrees. - Satt goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase milder, etwas knallig zitroniger Hopfen. - Antrunk schlank und billigbierartig mit leicht plastikartiger Süße, chemischer Zitronigkeit und derber Bittere. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang schroffe, leicht ranzige Herbe mit metallischen Anklängen. - Recht derbes Billigbier, dem man den Hopfenextrakt anmerkt.

500ml vom fass at Bamberger Weissbierhaus. Crystal clear golden coloured body. Low, but lasting white head. Grass and pale malty nose. Pale malty flavours and a touch of lemon. Harsh bitter endnotes. Accepted, not so bad with the food (Bamberg 10.10.2014).

500ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy to macro-pored diminishing, white head. Grainy, grassy, soapy and minimally fruity (rhubarb) aroma. Taste is moderately sweet pale malty, minimally fruity, rhubarb, more soapy than grassy hoppy. Meh. Not really flat, but... Don’t know what to to with the fruit note. Too sweet definitely.

Bamberg jolly day 1 24/1/14. On tap at the Maisels Weissehaus Bamberg. Crystal clear yelow straw colour with a big ol frothy white head. Aroma is clean pils grain and earthy hop. Flavour is clean cereal, green nobel hop. Grassy hop bitterness. Average / high carbonation. Tasty enough.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig malzig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, malzig, leicht würzig.
