Bottled 500ml. -at Suarez Family taproom. Clear pale golden coloured, small off-white head, light peachy nose. Peachy, mild grapes, mild tart and dry finish. Slightly perfumed.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw, medium off white head, good lacing. Light Aroma, peaches, funk, dust, mineral water. Flavor is light tart, light funk, hint of fruit, mineral character. Light body.

Bottle shared by Chris D: pours good with white head. Aroma is peachy, light funk, generally fruity. Taste is lightly tart, mellow peaches, delicate, mellow. Quite nice.

Bottle, courtesy of Chris D, 2020 Harvest. Pours slightly hazy dull gold. Peach, funk, complex barnyard, minerally, gorgeous soft chalk, lemon verbena, light grain. Light body. Outstanding.

Bottle shared during Root's wedding weekend - Rogers Estate, HamTech. Excellent. Clean tart lemon, moderate funk, quenching fairly dry. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean, dry and tart on the finish, more lemon, peach. A joy.
