On tap at Oxbow - Portland, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of berries, hibiscus, and general spices, with rustic saison yeast and wild bugs. Flavour is much the same, with all sorts of spices, herbal notes, rustic saison yeast, and wild bugs. The adjuncts really help this along, since the base isn’t that complex. Buggy, spicy, herbal finish. Good.

Far left draught, 7/23/26.
Juicy and fruity with tempered acidity and round, not overdone oak. Fruits share space without the raspberries dominating as they often do.
Tart and full of lovely Brett and good malt backbone. Dry and fruity finish with tight carbonation creating a near creamy texture. Been very impressed with how control Oxbow's acidity is these days. Haven't had a cringer in can't remember how long.

Honey honey honey fruit funk, real nice, a bit more tannic than I'd like on the finish but nose and front were gorgeous.
