Pours opaque deep brown from can. Lots of soft foam. Roaated malts, caramel, bread, light bodied. Good.

Poured a dark cola color with a medium sized tan head. Aroma was sweet malt, light grass. Crispy, toasted malts. Really pleasant malts. Nice stuff!

Cool, a local polotmavy. Light rust, some coffee. Dark brown pour with pretty good head. A touch of lime. Very well balanced--trust port city to research a style and rock it. Light tang and a little bitterness in the finish. Tap a Calico.

On tap at Rustico Ballston, pours a clear amber with some creamy, white head. Nose is very true to style, dark grains, soggy bread, yeast, cracker. Flavor has all that malt working well, nothing is overly sweet, there's a lick of soapy hop helping to round things out. Finishes dry. Very true and quite drinkable.
