Malty, bit worty aroma. Sweetish, hoppy pilsener with some apple fruitiness. A hint of rubber in the aftertaste.

30cl Bottle at my faculty, back in the early 2000's. One of the first Eko-beers. Grainy, nasty, ugh. I really don't have fond memories of Budels, the Kikbier was no exception.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks XA). Pale yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, vegetables, hay and some maltyness. Flavour is grains, metal, hay and some mild notes of melted rubber and cardboard. Harsh.

’Bio’ Label:
Light golden coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of light malt, fresh hops and some nice coriander seed freshness. Light to Medium-bodied; Great fresh & light flavours of malt and nice hops grace the beer. Aftertaste clean and refined - the beer shows very nicely! No harsh flavours or bitter alcohol tastes to speak of! Overall, great to try - a nice smooth & simple beer! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased at BioMarkt in Amsterdam, Holland on 28-December-2007, for €0.80!

Very pale. Weak soapy head quickly disappears. Weak aroma, no malt or hop present just a slight smell of frozen peas. Taste is thin and flat. Flavour is weak but slightly bitter. This beer is 5% alcohol but feels like half that. This is a "biological" beer. Come back nasty chemicals, all is forgiven!
