Rove, our Farmhouse Pale Ale, sports a unique dry hop for each batch - this round pairs Australian Galaxy with American Citra. Mild but refreshing acidity, bright and vibrant flavor and profound drinkability are the hallmarks for the beer each time around but we’re consistently surprised and delighted by the direction the dry hop takes things - our house mixed culture coaxing unexpected flavors out of seemingly familiar hop varietals. This round is another standout!

Draught at Tørst: pours clear light yellow with white head. Aroma is sweaty socks, flowers, lemon. Taste is slightly tart, lemony. No acid. Minimal bitterness. Interesting.

750mL bottled Nov 2021, drunk 5/27/22. Clear, bright copper-tinted brass with a creamy, white head showing moderate retention. Nose is just an incredibly bright, juicy, deep, clean melange of tropical hop, bacterial and yeast notes. Guava, white wine, papaya and lightly sweet, succulent melon. Light brett and various soft, barnyardy funk with strong mineral and no alcohol or flaw. Reminds very much of Hill Farmstead; just fantastic minerality. Malts are rustic and add biscuit, cracker and other various grain. Intensely flavorful, especially for its size, with lush, juicy tropical fruits, rich honey and strong white wine. Long mineral with mild lactic acid and bright brett. Soft, malty texture with good attenuation and just amazingly juicy, lightly bitter hop notes. Absolutely stunning. So densely packed with flavor.

On tap at Bayberry. Pours frosty gold. Funk, peach, lemon, grapefruit juice, light tartness, hefty bright citrus notes. Nice body. Really good.

Sampled at Paradiso Dupont, straw gold with a ring of white head and some light haze. Not haze bro haze. Nose has lemon and yeast and green grape, some flowers, some flour too. Flavor has lemon and green grapes, yeast, some oily hop. Lemony finish. Not tart, but not standard either.
