375ml bottle pours a lovely, translucent purple with some clumpy white head. Nose reads more raspberry than cherry, lemon, a little wheat and acid. Flavor has lemon and raw cherries, sweet tarts and some fruit roll up. Medium full with medium high acid. Some tannins.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Arancia/rosata, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta rossa, ciliegie, citriche. In bocca è acida tagliente, dritta, monocorde, tart, astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. No.
