Hvid Bock is a strong beer with character and malt sweetness in taste that, despite its strength, has an almost winey lightness. It is brewed on a light malt from Fuglsang's own malt factory. The characteristic taste comes from the fact that the beer is stored for up to six months at a constant temperature just above freezing.

Can. Pours clear pale golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops with grassy and citrus notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with occasional grainy touches. Dry, metallic and quite unpleasant finish. Drinkable but nothing to write home about.

Fra dagligvarebutikk i København. Drukket hjemme 14 Nov 11. Lys gylden. Høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Svakt fruktig & krydret aroma. Smaken er søt malt med litt krydder. Forbausende vassen. Ikke helt god ettersmak. KI=7

0,5 l. can from easter lunch. A golden beer with little head, that quickly fades. The aroma is very sweet with malty notes. The flavor is dominated by the malty sweetness and has almost a sweet vinous character. Medium body, alcohol is well hidden, short finish. A decent beer at a good price.

About 100ml taster, draught. Pale golden. Missing head. Floral fruity aroma. Fresh, but sparse, taste of tropical fruits and sweet malts. Rounded bitter ending with rather dominating alcohol (trading session, CBF 07.05.2010).

Can: Golden, fluffy rocky off-white head, sweetish perfumed corny-alcoholic nose; sweetish-alcoholic taste; short - alcoholic again - grainy-sweet finish. Not good, tastes like a cheap east-european Strong Lager...........

Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with hints of malt and hops. Very sweet flavour with plenty of malt, caramel and ruff alcohol notes. Finished a bit boozy.
